General Functions: Supervision of students while they are being transported to and from school. Secure wheelchairs and safety restraint systems for special needs students. Involves intense, continous contact with students as well as routine contact wiht principals, teachers, and parents. The contact with the children is of a sensitive nature, requiring empathy and nurturance, yet at the same time discipline and standard must be maintained. Contact with the other individuals, mentioned is required to resolve discipline problems and understand the needs of each individual student. Driver assistance in keeping bus clean inside to reduce potential risk of spreading disease.
