(Students that are a part of the UTAH Fits All Scholarship will need to register directly at their school of choice. Please call ahead and make an appointment to assure you can be helped that day.)

Keep reading below for step-by-step information about registration.

I. Student Registration Information

This page is to help you in the registration process. If you have questions or concerns, please contact your child's school. We review the following information:

• How the registration process begins

• New Student Registration with an Aspire account

• New Student Registration without an Aspire account

• Current and Former Student Registration

II. Introduction

The picture below shows the first screen you will see in the registration process. From here you will either:

1. Login using your parent information, or

2. Click on Have a New Student?  Register student for Enrollment

If you have a student in the district but have not setup your own parent account, then click on Contacts with Web Access may Request a Username.

After clicking on "Have a new student?," you will see the following screen.

III. New Student Registration

I already have an Aspire Account

This would be for the parent who already has/had students in the systems and/or has an Aspire account but has a:

1. Kindergarten student entering

2. Exchange Student entering for the first time

3. Foster Student who recently came to live at the residence

4. Child who came to the home who have never been in the system

5. Etc.

I do not have an Aspire Account

This would be for the parent who has never had a student in our system and the parent has never had an account in our system.

1. Just moved to the area with school-aged children

2. Kindergarten student entering

3. Exchange Student entering for the first time

4. Foster Student who recently came to live at the residence

5. Child who came to the home who have never been in the system

6. Etc.

IV. Current Student Registration

I already have an Aspire Account

This would be the parent who has or had at some point the student or students in the schools and is doing the yearly registration. This person also has a parent Aspire account.

1. John Smith just finished 3rd grade and is moving to 4th grade and Parents have an Aspire account.

2. John Smith lived here in 6th grade and the parent had a parent account.  Parents moved to Timbuktu and have now returned for John Smith's 11th grade year and they wish to enroll him back into school.

I do not have an Aspire account

This would be the parent who has or had at some point students in the system, but never created a parent account. They may have logged in through the student account to check information or have never logged in.

1. John Smith just finished 3rd grade and is moving to 4th grade, but the parent never had an account for the parent.

V. Other Helpful Screens

Contacts with Web Access may Request a Username

If a custodial contact is designated to have web access by the school, that contact may set up their own username and password and access all students in the home through that account.

Forgot Your Password

Parents may request a password reminder is they have forgotten their current password. They will need to know their username.
